A family member tells 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS that Jeffrey Jemaile Taylor, 20, had a domestic altercation with 19-year-old Maria Mcintosh, the mother of his 18-month-old daughter Cheyenne.
Police have identified the three victims killed as 47-year-old Wade Mcintosh and his daughters Maria and 17-year-old Olivia.

Taylor was found dead in a wooded area southeast of the original scene, the release stated. His half-brother, 19-year-old Jeffery Arkis Taylor, was arrested by St. Paul police after the incident. The release said an investigation into his involvement is continuing.
The case against him will be presented to the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office for possible charges Monday.

Feb 1, 2017 – Milwaukee police on Wednesday identified the woman who was shot to death on the city’s south side as Karen A. Simek, 53, of Oconomowoc.
Milwaukee police are asking for the public’s help in the January armed robbery that led to 53-year-old Karen Simek’s death.
Members of the Milwaukee Police Department’s homicide division held a news conference Thursday to ask for anyone with information to step forward. Police said video shows the suspect walking past multiple pedestrians.
On Jan. 31, Simek, of Oconomowoc, was arriving to work at Garden-Fresh Foods, 726 S. 12th St., when a man on foot approached her.
The man, described by police as 22 to 27 years old with a light complexion, small build and a short afro, took Simek’s bag before shooting her.
The bag, which has not been recovered, is a tan or gray women’s canvas tote or travel bag, approximately 13 inches wide and 15 inches long, with a front zipper pocket
Simek died on the scene.
On video, the man, who is also about five feet six inches tall and weighs 140 to 150 pounds, was seen running southbound on National Ave.
Detective Nathan Butz said the man is seen loitering for awhile between S. 17th and W. National and S. 12th and W. National. During this time, police said the man had walked past multiple pedestrians

During the evening rush hour on August 1, 2007, it suddenly collapsed, killing 13 people and injuring 145. The bridge was Minnesota’s third busiest,[4][5] carrying 140,000 vehicles daily.[3] The NTSBcited a design flaw as the likely cause of the collapse, noting that a too-thin gusset plate ripped along a line of rivets, and asserted that additional weight on the bridge at the time of the collapse contributed to the catastrophic failure.[6
